| Obverse description | A stylized owl perched upon a sprig of laurel branches occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with detailed feathering and forward-facing head. The bilingual country name legend is inscribed vertically on either side of the bird, reading 'FINLAND' to the left and 'SUOMI' to the right. The denomination '100 MK' appears in the lower exergue in bold sans-serif characters. Mint marks are present in the lower field area flanking the laurel base. |
