| Obverse description | Revaluation of the `blue-on`blue` 5-Mark note (see Reference below). Blue print on blue underprint with heavy, black overprint stamp. The revaluation stamp shows the note`s revaulation in numerical and text form as well as a replacement of the Council-member`s signature with that of the then-current mayor. Serial number remains evident at the top center of the note in red, as does the small embossed seal at lower center on notes in sufficiently good condition (not common) Oak leaf border along left, lower and right sides. |
