| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by an elaborate multicolour guilloche underprint in blue, pink, and orange geometric patterns, set within a decorative foliate border. The denomination numeral "100" in ornate Gothic script appears at upper left, alongside the heading "Bayerische Banknote" in blackletter lettering, with the large central legend "Hundert Mark" rendered in bold Fraktur type across the middle of the note. The issuing authority "Bayerische Notenbank", the place and date "München, den 1.
