| Obverse description | Purple-brown letterpress note divided into two panels by an ornate floral border. The left panel contains a woodcut-style vignette of a armoured knight standing beside the city arms of Konstanz — a shield bearing a cross — surmounted by a displayed double-headed eagle. The right panel carries the issuing authority legend in capital letters above the denomination in Gothic blackletter script, followed by validity text and the issuance date of 23 October 1922; a circular official stamp of the city of Konstanz and the manuscript signature of the Oberbürgermeister appear at the foot. |
