Reverse description Standing allegorical figure of Italia, crowned and draped in classical robes, facing slightly left. She holds a fasces or staff in her left hand and a large sheaf of wheat and oak branches in her right arm, symbolizing agricultural abundance and civic strength. A wolf or similar animal lies at her feet in the lower field. The denomination LIRE 100 is inscribed in the field to the left and right of the central figure, with the date 1912 and the mint mark R appearing in the lower exergue area. The legend REGNO D'ITALIA arcs along the upper border within a beaded inner circle, with engravers' names inscribed near the base.
