| Obverse description | Printed in dark red and black on a dark red and green underprint, this emergency circulation cheque (assegno circolare) bears the full corporate name and financial data of Credito Varesino S.p.A. at the top, with the payee line assigned to the Unione Commercianti Provincia di Varese. The date Varese, 20/2/1978 and an authorising signature appear in the lower half, flanked by the serial number at lower left, with the denomination value VALE 100 LIRE stated at lower right. |
