Obverse description Central design features a stylized Cedar of Lebanon tree occupying the majority of the field, rendered in bold relief as the national symbol. The Arabic legend مصرف لبنان (Banque du Liban) curves along the upper periphery within a beaded border. The denomination ١٠٠ (100) appears prominently in large Arabic-Eastern numerals overlapping the cedar motif at center, with the word ليرة (Livres) inscribed below. The date in Eastern Arabic numerals is placed at the bottom of the field beneath the cedar tree. The entire design is contained within a fine beaded rim.
