Obverse descriptionAt the base of a rock, an allegory representing Danubius, with his right hand on a vessel, and in his left hand holding a shovel with the inscription: `DONAU`. It is flanked by a group depicting: agriculture, shepherding, beekeeping, tobacco cultivation and fishing. In the middle, a round medallion with the coat of arms of Moldova, circular writing on the edge: `BANKA NAȚIONALĂ A MOLDOVEI`. On top of the rock, the angel of peace with an olive branch in his right hand, protecting the entire allegory. Under the rock there is written the print location of the banknote printer but was then cut with a line. Cursive writing on the side edges with the denomination.
Reverse descriptionLarge oval medallion, with the edges formed by four rows of small arcs interlaced with each other. Inside, the medallion has parallel lines that are more and more frequent towards the center, thus giving the ticket, in the middle, a darker green color. At the top of the ticket, the inscription: MOLDAUISCHE; at the bottom: LANDES-BANK, and on the right and left sides, the value 100.
