Issued to mark the 500th anniversary of the Swedish Riksdag, tracing the parliament's founding to 1483 when Sten Sture the Elder convened an assembly at Arboga — often cited as the first meeting of all four Swedish estates. The Helgeandsholmen connection is more recent: the current parliament building on that Stockholm island was completed in 1905, constructed partly by demolishing the old Helgeandshuset hospital that gave the island its name.
