| Obverse description | Black and pink intaglio print on white paper. The upper portion carries the bold letterpress legend SVERIGES RIKSBANK in a large gothic script, with the denomination ETT HUNDRA KRONOR in heavy black intaglio text at centre, accompanied by a pink guilloche underprint with repeated numerals 100. To the lower right, a classical allegorical female figure — symbolising Svea — is seated beside a lion, rendered in fine intaglio engraving; below the vignette appears the motto ROBUR ET SECURITAS and the founding year 1668. Two manuscript facsimile signatures appear at lower left and lower centre, with the issue year printed at upper right and lower left. |
