Obverse description Large profile bust of an eagle's head facing right, surmounted by a mural crown, occupying the majority of the field. The circular legend reads 'ÖSTERREICH' divided around the upper portion of the coin, with the engraver's initials 'HZ' incuse at lower right. The design is rendered in a bold, modernist style characteristic of early Austrian Republican coinage.

Reverse description The large numeral '100' dominates the field, with a naturalistic sprig of oak leaves and an acorn overlapping the upright of the '1' at center-left. The engraver's initials 'H·Z' appear below the oak sprig at center. The four-digit date '1924' is inscribed along the lower portion of the field. The composition is clean and uncluttered, relying on the contrast between the bold numeral and the delicate botanical motif.
