| Reverse description | The reverse features a bold, asymmetric composition divided diagonally across the field. To the left, the official emblem of the Czech Customs Administration — a shield-shaped badge bearing the letters 'CS' in a stylized graphic rendering — occupies the upper left quadrant in frosted relief against a burnished background. To the right, a detailed depiction of the front section of a heavy goods truck is rendered in fine relief, referencing the role of customs officers in controlling commercial road transport. The legend 'CELNÍ SPRÁVA' (Customs Administration) arcs across the upper field, with the engraver's initials 'VD' positioned centrally below the legend. |

The Czech Customs Administration traces its institutional roots to 1993, when Czechoslovakia's dissolution required both successor states to establish entirely new border and revenue frameworks from scratch. The Czech customs service absorbed personnel and infrastructure from the federal system but operated under wholly new legal authority from day one of the republic's existence.
This issue marks the centenary of organized customs administration on Czech territory — a lineage that runs through the interwar Czechoslovak republic, Nazi occupation-era disruption, and communist-era restructuring before the post-1993 reconstitution.
