Obverse description Brown on multicolour underprint with guilloche patterning. A finely engraved vignette of a Bananaquit (Coereba flaveola), known locally as 'suikerdiefje', perches on a branch at centre against a large circular tonal underprint. The bank title 'BANK VAN DE NEDERLANDSE ANTILLEN' appears across the upper portion, with the denomination 'HONDERD GULDEN' in large bold lettering along the left margin and the numeral '100' at upper right; two facsimile signatures labelled 'sekretaris' and 'president' appear at lower right.
