Obverse description The note is printed in black intaglio on cream paper and divided into two distinct zones. The left portion carries handwritten fields for issue number and emission date alongside a tall decorative vertical panel of dense calligraphic scrollwork. The right portion is enclosed within a fine guilloche border and bears the issuing authority's name in copperplate script at the top, the denomination numeral 100 within an ornamental cartouche, the value written out in large calligraphic lettering across the centre, and fields for serial number, date, and the signatures of the Finance Commission and its secretary at the foot.
