In a hexagon, a rooted tree, oak on the left, olive on the right, signed in the roots on the right with the Atelier de Gravure rosette, is surrounded by the motto: `LIBERTE - EGALITE - FRATERNITE`. The leaves are horizontal on the left to represent the color red in heraldry, and vertical on the right for the color blue, to symbolize the French flag.
