| Obverse description | The face is printed in red on cream paper within a double-rule border, with the large central legend «Promesse de mandat territorial» in bold letterpress script occupying the main field. Two circular allegorical vignettes appear: a smaller embossed seal to the centre-left inscribed «GARANTIE» with a seated figure, and a larger intaglio medallion at the lower right enclosing a classical allegorical group with the legend «NATIONALE».
