| Obverse description | Central vignette presents two allegorical female figures personifying Agriculture and Commerce, one at each lateral edge, each accompanied by a child amid fruit and vegetal ornamentation in an elaborate decorative composition. The design is framed by gilded mouldings with guilloche elements typical of the Merson series. Inscriptions appear in the lower portion identifying the issuing authority and the engravers. |
