Obverse description	At right, an intaglio portrait of a young Malagasy woman in three-quarter view is rendered with fine engraving; the Queen's Palace (Rova) of Antananarivo appears as a background vignette at upper left, accompanied by a foreground arrangement of tropical fruits and produce. An octagonal watermark window occupies the left field, with ornamental guilloche borders along each vertical edge, and the red overprint COMORES applied to the lower right. The denomination CENT FRANCS is set in bold letterpress at the foot of the note, framed by the issuer title across the top margin.
