| Obverse description | Light blue guilloche underprint covers the entire face, with the denomination numeral '100' in ornate cartouches at all four corners. Two oval intaglio vignettes flank the central text field: at left, Tell's Chapel on Lake Uri with a sailing vessel on the water; at right, the Rütli meadow with alpine peaks and a farmstead. At the top centre, the Uri cantonal arms — a black bull's head — appear within a decorative trophy.
