Obverse description The bimetallic obverse features a detailed portrait bust of Hungarian poet László Nagy facing slightly left, rendered in high relief within the nickel-brass center disc. Surrounding the portrait is a stylized halo-like circular design incorporating abstract linear motifs evoking horses and other symbolic imagery drawn from the poet's iconographic world. Above the portrait, in cursive script, appears the opening line of Nagy's poem 'Uramisten szólok hozzád' (Lord, I am speaking to you). The legend 'MAGYARORSZÁG' arcs along the left rim, while 'NAGY LÁSZLÓ' appears along the right rim; the birth and death years '1925–1978' are inscribed to the right of the portrait, and the date '2025' appears at the lower left. The outer ring is separated from the center by a raised beaded border.

Reverse description The reverse displays the stylized numeral '100' in a distinctive interlocking typographic design at the center of the nickel-brass inner disc, with the two zeros rendered as overlapping circles of varying size, giving the denomination a bold, graphic quality. The word 'FORINT' is inscribed in capital letters along the lower arc of the inner disc. Two symmetrically arranged wheat or grain sprigs flank the central motif in the outer ring, and the mint mark 'BP.' appears at the top of the outer ring above the sprigs. A raised beaded border delineates the boundary between the inner disc and the outer ring.
