Obverse description The obverse presents a detailed architectural composition featuring three traditional Slovak wooden churches rendered in fine relief against a polished field. At left stands a tall pyramidal-roofed belfry-type church, at centre a larger Orthodox-style church with multiple onion domes surmounted by ornate crosses, and at right a lower horizontal log-constructed church. The Slovak coat of arms — a shield bearing the double-armed cross on three hills — appears centrally in the lower field, flanked by the curved legend SLOVENSKO along the bottom rim, with the date 2010 inscribed to the right of the central church grouping.

Reverse description The reverse depicts an ornately carved wooden altar or iconostasis in high relief, richly populated with sculptural figures of saints and religious personages arranged across multiple registers beneath an arched central portal, conveying the elaborate interior craftsmanship characteristic of Slovak wooden churches. The denomination 100 EURO is boldly inscribed in two lines in the lower central field. A circular legend reading SVETOVÉ KULTÚRNE DEDIČSTVO • DREVENÉ CHRÁMY (World Cultural Heritage — Wooden Churches) frames the design along the periphery, with the engraver's initials KM visible in the right field.
