| Reverse description | Conjoined right-facing effigies of Crown Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie of Luxembourg dominate the central field, engraved in a clean, contemporary linear style. Two interlinked wedding rings are depicted at the lower centre beneath the portraits, symbolising the union. The denomination 100 EURO and the issue year 2022 are inscribed to the left of the effigies, while the wedding date 20 OCTOBRE 2012 appears to the lower right. The dedicatory legend LEURS ALTESSES ROYALES LE PRINCE GUILLAUME ET LA PRINCESSE STÉPHANIE curves around the lower and right portions of the field, identifying the honoured couple. |

| Additional information |
Issued to mark the marriage of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy in October 2012, this commemorative arrived a full decade after the wedding itself — Luxembourg's mint has a pattern of issuing retrospective gold commemoratives tied to dynastic anniversaries rather than the events in real time. Guillaume is the only child of Grand Duke Henri and will be the first grand duke born after Luxembourg's independence from the Netherlands-imposed Nassau-Weilburg succession rules were modernized.
