Obverse description The obverse features a figure of a man playing the fujara, a traditional Slovak shepherd's flute, positioned within a space bounded by the coin's edge and the left and lower borders of an ornate decorative frame. To the left of the frame, the issuing country's name 'SLOVENSKO' is inscribed in three lines, with the denomination '100' and currency unit 'EURO' arranged vertically beneath it. The Slovak coat of arms appears below the denomination, also to the left of the decorative frame. Folk ornamental motifs adorn the far left and right margins of the design. The year of issue '2021' is inscribed at the bottom of the composition, below the decorative frame.
