Reverse description The reverse features the Bahama Parrot (Amazona leucocephala bahamensis), depicted perched on a branch in naturalistic detail, positioned at centre field. The upper legend reads SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE - JULY 10. 1973, arcing along the periphery within a beaded border, while the denomination 100 DOLLARS is inscribed along the lower arc, both legends separated by raised dots.
