Obverse description Right-facing draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and wearing a pearl earring, executed in high relief after the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait, with the engraver's initials IRB below the truncation. The bust is set against an elaborately rendered Gothic architectural canopy with tracery and crocketed arches rendered in fine detail occupying the upper field. The legend ELIZABETH II and NIUE ISLAND arc along the left and lower periphery respectively, with the date 2019 and the specifications 2oz Au999,9 and the denomination 100 DOLLARS disposed around the right arc, all separated by raised dot stops.

Reverse description Facing confronted busts of Wenceslas IV of Bohemia (left) and Sigismund of Luxembourg (right), both depicted from the shoulders upward in elaborate medieval royal regalia: Wenceslas wears a crown and richly chased mantle with chain collar, while Sigismund is shown in imperial crown and ermine-trimmed robes. Between the two figures, a Gothic throne canopy rendered in the manner of a period royal seal occupies the central field, bearing the circular legend BOHEMIA ET REX. The names VÁCLAV IV. LUCEMBURSKÝ and ZIKMUND LUCEMBURSKÝ arc along the upper left and upper right fields respectively, with the designer's monogram mh visible at lower left.
