Obverse description Bare-headed effigy of King Charles III facing left, rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair and facial features, after the portrait by Darryl Samaras. The legend CHARLES III curves along the upper left periphery and AUSTRALIA along the upper right, flanked by two raised dots at the lower field. The denomination 100 DOLLARS is inscribed along the lower rim. The engraver's initials DT appear incuse in the lower right field near the truncation.

Reverse description A detailed effigy of a kangaroo in mid-stride faces left and occupies the central field, rendered with fine naturalistic detail. The Perth Mint's P mintmark appears to the right of the design. The legend AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO arcs along the upper periphery. At the lower portion of the field, the issue year, weight, fineness, and metal designation are inscribed: P 2025 1oz 9995 PLATINUM.
