| Obverse description | Against a mirror-polished proof field, a detailed three-quarter perspective view of the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre occupies the central area of the obverse, rendered in high relief with fine engraving capturing the tiered seating, colonnade, and angular roofline of the modern open-air venue. Curved Arabic legend along the upper rim reads the issuer name and commemorative designation, while below the central motif the denomination '100' flanked by the Hijri year '١٤٤٢' and the Gregorian year '٢٠٢٠' appear alongside the Arabic word for dirham. The Latin legend 'CENTRAL BANK OF THE U.A.E.' is inscribed in a straight line along the lower portion of the field, completing the bilingual presentation of the coin's authority and face value. |
