Lučka kapetanija Pula — the Port Authority of Pula — issued meal coupons denominated in dinara for use within its own facility, almost certainly for canteen or mess use among port workers and staff. These are occupational scrip in the strictest sense: internal instruments that never circulated in any public monetary capacity. The designation "warm meal coupon" (topli obrok) reflects a Yugoslav-era labor entitlement practice in which employers were legally required to subsidize workers' hot meals, often through exactly this kind of token system rather than cash supplements.
