Obverse description Central vignette presents a seated female allegory of Serbia rendered in intaglio, her right arm extended in a beckoning gesture toward the south, symbolizing the call for liberation of enslaved brethren. A panoramic view of Belgrade along the Sava River, with sailing vessels and a steam ship, forms the background. The guilloche underprint frames the composition, with the bank title and denomination inscribed in Cyrillic across the note, dated 1 December 1929.

Reverse description A young Serbian man in traditional national costume — hat, embroidered attire, and opanak peasant footwear — occupies the right side of the vignette, holding a sheaf of intertwined fruits in his right hand and leaning upon a stylized shield bearing the coat of arms of the Kingdom on the breast of a double-headed white eagle beneath a golden crown. Three sailing vessels are rendered in the background against an open sea, the entire composition executed in fine intaglio engraving.
