Macedonia's National Bank issued this piece as part of a broader decorative bullion program that leaned heavily into kinetic novelty — the "wind spinner" designation refers to a die-cut rooster element designed to rotate within the coin's frame. These mechanical novelty coins became a minor industry among smaller national mints in the 2010s, with the technology licensed through a handful of European minting houses. KM#65 is a low-mintage collector issue with no circulation role whatsoever.
