Reverse description Central field displays a floral rosette motif at the centre, flanked by four large Chinese ideograms arranged in a cruciform pattern reading top to bottom, right to left: 軍政府造 (Made by the Military Government). A circular outer legend reads 四川銅幣當錢一百文制 (Szechuan Copper Coin Worth 100 Cash Currency), disposed around the periphery of the coin. The composition is formally balanced, with the central floral device providing decorative contrast to the surrounding script. The design is characteristic of early Republican provincial coinage from Szechuan.
