Obverse description Green-tinted note with a central panel bearing the bold inscription BANCO DE MARACAIBO and the denomination 100 in large numerals, flanked by two allegorical female figures seated at left and right. The left vignette incorporates the Venezuelan coat of arms, while the right figure is associated with commerce and industry; intricate guilloche underprint fills the background throughout. Manuscript date and handwritten signatures of the Gerente and Segundo Director Principal appear across the lower portion.

Reverse description Uniface blue-printed reverse with an elaborate all-over guilloche pattern forming a dense decorative border of interlocking arches and rosette medallions. A central rectangular panel, framed by foliate guilloche scrollwork, displays the large numeral 100 in bold letterpress. Symmetrically placed circular rosettes at the four inner corners complement the overall geometric lathe-work design.
