| Obverse description | The Polish state eagle displayed in high relief at the centre of the field, rendered in the heraldic style of the Third Republic, with wings spread and head turned to the right, wearing a royal crown. The legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs around the upper periphery, while the denomination ZŁ 100000 ZŁ is inscribed along the lower arc. The date 1994 appears divided on either side of the eagle's body, with 19 to the left and 94 to the right. The entire design is framed by a beaded inner border. |

| Additional information |
The 50th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising prompted a substantial commemorative program from Mennica Polska in 1994, but trial strikes in nickel — rather than the issued silver — were produced for internal testing and approval purposes, never entering circulation or standard collector distribution. Most trial pieces from this program remained within the mint or passed to institutional collections.
The denomination itself, 100,000 złotych, reflects Poland's pre-redenomination currency: on January 1, 1995, the złoty was revalued at 10,000 old złotych to one new złoty, making this the last anniversary year in which such face values were technically valid.
