| Obverse description | Notgeld voucher (Gutschein) printed in black on yellow-green paper with a geometric decorative border composed of repeated industrial and heraldic motifs including anchors, cogwheels, mining cars, and stylised floral ornaments arranged in alternating diamond and square cartouches. The denomination "100 000" appears in large red numerals at both the top and bottom of the border, with the central text panel carrying the value in Gothic blackletter script as "Hunderttausend Mark" over a pale red underprint of the same numeral. Date of issue "Bochum, den 21. Juli 1923" and the issuer's full name in Gothic type are printed in the lower central field, flanked by two manuscript signatures above a serial number with prefix letter. |
