| Obverse description | Typeset Notgeld coupon printed in golden-yellow letterpress on plain buff paper, enclosed within a decorative border of repeated foliate ornaments. The denomination "Hunderttausend Mark" is set in a large Gothic blackletter typeface at centre, below the issuing authority legend at top; lower text blocks specify validity within the municipal district, acceptance at city cashiers, and a recall date of 1 September 1923. The date "Bingen a. Rh., 6. August 1923" and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister appear in the lower portion, accompanied by a violet circular official seal, with the serial number printed in bold black at lower left. |
