Obverse description Intaglio portrait of a young woman wearing a traditional folk headscarf occupies the left third of the note against a warm orange-brown ground. At centre, a large guilloche vignette frames the numeral '100000' in bold letterpress, surmounted by the monogram of the National Bank within a decorative cartouche; bilingual bank title in Cyrillic and Latin script appears at top. The denomination '100000' is also repeated vertically at left, and an anti-counterfeiting warning in Cyrillic runs vertically at the far right margin.

The denomination '100000' appears in large numerals at lower right, accompanied by the bilingual inscription 'СТО ХИЉАДА ДИНАРА / STO HILJADA DINARA'; the country name is rendered in both Cyrillic and Latin script at upper right. The Governor's signature with his title in bilingual form and the place and date of issue appear at lower left, with the printer's imprint running along the lower margin.
