| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark green and brown on plain paper, with a bold central guilloche underprint field bearing the large letterpress denomination legend "HUNDERT MILLIONEN" and the word "MARK" in a horizontal band beneath. Flanking vertical panels carry the numeral "100" above "MILLIONEN" in upright and inverted orientations, framed by ruled borders with starburst corner ornaments. The lower portion bears a manuscript-style text block naming the three issuing cities and the date of issue (25 September 1923), followed by three facsimile signatures of the respective mayors. |
