Obverse description The obverse is dominated by a central vignette of the Chiremba Balancing Rocks in Matopos National Park, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The Zimbabwe Bird emblem, rendered in colour-shifting ink, serves as the principal security device, while the denomination numeral appears in large bold figures at upper left. The issuer name and promise-to-pay legend are typeset in the upper and lower registers respectively, with the date and place of issue at lower right.

Reverse description The reverse carries two central vignettes against a multicolour guilloche underprint: at left, a conical heap of harvested grain beneath an overhead conveyor structure, and at right, a row of cylindrical grain-storage silos. A geometric starburst rosette in green and gold occupies the centre foreground, and a finely latticed decorative border frames the right margin. The denomination numeral is printed in red at upper left and lower right.
