| Obverse description | At center, the crowned Polish eagle with wings displayed, rendered in high relief against a polished field. To the left and right of the eagle, partial imagery of prison cell bars applied via pad printing technique, evoking themes of captivity and resistance. The arc legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA runs along the upper periphery in Latin characters. The denomination 10 zł appears below the eagle, with the date 2019 beneath it near the lower rim. The Mint of Poland mark (MW) is incorporated within the obverse design. |

| Reverse description | A three-quarter facing portrait bust of Stanisław Kasznica, known by his wartime pseudonym 'Wąsowski', occupies the left portion of the field. To the upper right, a depiction of the Cross of Valour (Krzyż Walecznych) military decoration is rendered in relief. A diagonal band in the Polish national colors of white and red, applied via pad printing, traverses the lower right field, bearing the Armia Krajowa (Home Army) anchor symbol in red. The inscriptions STANISŁAW KASZNICA and the pseudonym WĄSOWSKI in quotation marks arc along the left and upper margins respectively, with the motto Zachowali się jak trzeba (They behaved as they should) inscribed across the lower field, and the life dates 1908–1948 at lower right. |
