Obverse description Central field features the Polish state eagle displayed, with wings spread, crowned, and rendered in high relief against a plain field. The eagle's talons clutch a decorative scroll beneath its body, consistent with the Polish national arms of the interwar period. The circular legend reads RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA along the upper periphery and 10 ZŁOTYCH along the lower periphery, framing the central device. The design is executed in a bold, modernist style characteristic of Second Polish Republic coinage.
