Obverse description Within a raised circular medallion set upon a square klippe flan oriented as a diamond, the bold left-facing bust of Marshal Józef Piłsudski rendered in high relief, depicting him in military uniform with characteristic mustache. The klippe border is elaborately decorated with a hatched basketweave pattern framed by multiple recessed lines, with crossed marshal's batons or sabres appearing at each of the four corners of the diamond. The overall composition reflects the monumental, medal-like artistic style characteristic of the interwar Polish commemorative series.

Reverse description Within a raised circular medallion at the center of the diamond-shaped klippe, the Polish state eagle displayed with spread wings, rendered in the Second Republic heraldic style, facing forward with head turned right and a shield on its breast bearing the mint mark 'S'. Surrounding the eagle, the circular legend reads 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' along the upper arc and '10 ZŁOTYCH' along the lower arc, with radiating lines filling the field between the legend and the eagle, creating a sunburst effect. The klippe border repeats the decorative hatched basketweave motif with crossed marshal's batons at each of the four corners, consistent with the obverse treatment.
