| Obverse description | The Polish Eagle — the national emblem of Poland — is depicted at the top center of the obverse, rendered in high relief against a polished field. Below the eagle, the legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA arcs horizontally across the upper field, flanked by the date 2021 to the right. The lower portion of the coin features a multi-line quotation in Polish by Ferdynand Zweig, set in a typographic style across the mirror-like field, reading: 'Liberalizm jest gloryfikacją zdrowych egoizmów, utrzymujących się w ramach prawnych, których realizacja daje optimum interesu społecznego i maksimum bogactwa. Żądza bogacenia się jest postulatem, a zarazem założeniem myślenia liberalnego.' The denomination 10 ZŁ appears at the bottom of the field. The mint mark MW is present on the obverse. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features a finely engraved effigy of the Polish-Jewish economist Ferdynand Zweig in three-quarter left-facing portrait, wearing round-framed spectacles, a suit, and a tie, rendered against a background of parallel diagonal lines suggestive of a satin or ruled finish. The name FERDYNAND ZWEIG arcs along the upper border of the coin. To the right of the portrait, a multi-line quotation in Polish reads: 'WOLNOŚĆ jest najtańszą, najskuteczniejszą i najlepszą sztuką rządzenia i gospodarowania.' The subject's birth and death years, 1896–1988, appear at the lower right of the field. |
