| Reverse description | At center, a cross — the badge of the Freedom and Independence (WiN) Association — is depicted in high relief, adorned with a wreath of thorns and bearing an eagle on its face, with the dates 1945–1954 inscribed on the cross's base. A diagonal band across the lower right of the field, pad-printed in the Polish national colors of white and red, adds a vivid chromatic accent to the proof surface. The Fighting Poland anchor symbol (Kotwica) appears on the diagonal stripe. The commemorative legend 75.
