| Obverse description | A rural rice-planting vignette occupies the right portion of the note, rendered in green intaglio and showing farmers working in flooded paddies with oxen. The large red denomination characters 拾圓 appear centrally within a decorative cartouche flanked by guilloche scrollwork, with the bank title 東北銀行 printed horizontally across the upper field. Serial prefix NO GB and additional Chinese inscriptions including 流通券 appear in the margins. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed entirely in dark brownish-red on a fine guilloche underprint, with the English bank name TUNG PEI BANK OF CHINA arched across the top border and TEN YUAN inscribed along the lower border. A large central numeral 10 is set within an ornate lathe-work oval medallion surrounded by interlocking guilloche patterns that fill the entire field. The date 1947 appears at the bottom centre beneath the central vignette. |
