Obverse description The obverse features the official emblem of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games — the stylized running figure known as 'Chinese Seal, Dancing Beijing' — prominently displayed at center, accompanied by the inscription 'Beijing 2008' in Latin script and the five interlocked Olympic rings below. Surrounding the central device is an ornate decorative frame rendered in traditional Chinese auspicious cloud and ruyi scroll motifs, evoking classical imperial decorative arts.
