Reverse description Central motif features a polychrome enamelled sakura (cherry blossom) tree rendered in vivid colour, with numerous pink five-petalled blossoms and green leaves applied over a silver-toned engraved branch and trunk. To the right of the tree, a vertical inscription in Korean script and a red seal cartouche are visible in the field. The Juche era date '주체 93(2004)' is inscribed in the lower exergue, combining Korean Hangul and Arabic numerals. Additional Korean inscriptions appear at the upper left of the field. The mirror-polished proof field contrasts dramatically with the colourised floral design.
