| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in reddish-brown tones on a light ground with fine guilloche underprint. At upper left, the state emblem of the DPRK is rendered within a circular guilloche rosette, flanked by the bank title inscription in Korean characters running across the top margin. The central vignette presents an equestrian monument of a soldier with raised arm astride a rearing horse, set against a lightly engraved sky. The denomination numeral '10' appears in the upper right corner and again in large stylised Korean script at the lower right, with a serial number panel and red commemorative overprint text across the lower portion of the note. |
