Obverse description Brown letterpress bond certificate with an ornate scrollwork border enclosing the central text field. The Republic of Korea taeguk emblem appears at top centre above the large Chinese-character denomination 拾원, flanked by floral guilloche corner pieces. The Minister of Finance seal in red is applied lower left alongside vertical columns of Chinese and Hangul bond conditions.

Reverse description Plain light blue-green reverse printed in teal ink, bearing two tabular schedules within a guilloche-patterned rectangular border. The upper table sets out the five-instalment principal repayment schedule from 1966 to 1970, each at one-fifth of the issued amount; the lower table lists the corresponding annual interest payments due on June 1 of each year.
