| Obverse description | Equestrian portrait of Duke Frederick Ulrich facing right, depicted in full armour with a flowing cape, mounted on a prancing horse with elaborately decorated caparison. The duke holds a baton in his right hand and the horse's reins in his left, the composition conveying princely authority in the Baroque tradition. The exergue area beneath the horse shows the ground line in relief. A circular legend surrounds the entire design within a beaded border, reading the duke's full Latin titulature. |

| Reverse description | The elaborate quartered arms of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel displayed on a large baroque cartouche, supported by ornate foliate mantling and surmounted by multiple crested helms bearing the dynastic crest devices including a horse. The shield is divided into multiple quarters bearing the arms of Brunswick (two leopards), Lüneburg (lion), Westphalia (horse), and other territorial claims, all rendered in fine relief consistent with the high-denomination Löser format. The surrounding circular legend, reading within a beaded border, records the dedication motto and the date MDCXIV, with the denomination numeral 10 also present. |
