The shield displays five stars of the Southern Cross and a wavy band. A scroll at the base of the arms bears the legend FA`AVAE I LE ATUA SAMOA. The arc legend SAMOA I SISIFO runs along the upper rim, and the denomination $10 appears in the lower field. |
